My first round of ladies were very successful, but I must say that you have to commit to the program because just like anything else, the weight isn’t going to come off and your eating habits are not going to improve if you aren’t putting in the effort.
After our one on one consult, I will help you implement your own personalized goals. In week 2 of the course you will receive a full 5-day sample meal plan that you can chose whether or not to follow. Our focus is on real, whole foods, taking the time to meal prep and plan and making this a priority in your life. You deserve it!!
